• Design speed: 150m-220m/min.
• Working width: 1400mm-2500mm.
• Flute profiles: A、C、B、E、F、G available.
• Vacuum suction system provide perfect flute shape, blast volume controller is equipped.
• Separate upper and lower roll from the main machine, with guide way equipped to the bridge ,easy to change rolls.
• Gimbal transmission, individual driving box to improve running stability. Closed gear drive and the gears are lubricated with grease to prolong the using life.
• Pneumatic control of the upper roll, press roll and gluing roll.
• The bearings of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease.
• Electric control rotating glue roll while the main motor stop to avoid the glue drying .
• Automatic adjust glue quantity according speed,electric adjust ment optional.
• The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and hardened with hardness of HRC56-60. Surface could with tungsten carbide optional.
