• Pneumatic control of the flute roll ,press roll and gluing roll.
• Vacuum suction guiding of paper provide perfect flute shape in high speed, blast volume controller is equipped.
• The bearings of corrugated rolls and press rolls are lubricated by high temperature lubricating grease.
• Auto-circulating glue feeding system is provided.
• The corrugated roll is made of special alloy steel of 48CrMo with grinding process and induction with hardness of HRC56-60.
• Surface of gluing roll is embossed with netting design and chrome plated.
