The development of the packaging industry from the digital trend of e-commerce
2023-06-16
Nowadays, in the e-commerce environment, packaging with flat design, simple layers and bright colors will look better on smart electronic devices. The number of places and the way consumers shop dictates the ways in which freshly discharged shelves are needed today to create attractive concepts. What works for the grocery store may not work for placing a small grocery order from a smartphone on the way to and from work for the post-00s.
A package design with "advertising" potential might be a large canvas with eye-catching graphics and bold colors to depict a modern campaign. In the two-dimensional digital shopping space, the advantages of a flat, fully printable package design are more obvious than a partially printed package covered by a label.
How can you let consumers know that your packaging is sustainable? Many brands are using recyclable logos to tell consumers that message. Consumers are more concerned about the environment than ever before, as evidenced by a 2015 Tetra Pak survey covering 25 countries. The survey showed that 87% of consumers in developed countries are at least "somewhat" concerned about global climate change; 94% feel the same way about pollution; and a quarter of respondents feel guilty about environmentally unfriendly actions they have taken. However, these consumers are passive environmentalists who expect the companies that make their products to do the heavy lifting.
